Happy Halloween!

My sister sent this to me this morning. My niece and nephew were ready for Halloween bright and early. Isaac was not allowed to wear his Halloween costume to school, so instead the school allowed them to have a crazy hair day instead.
Jocelyn is a pink leopard and Isaac is going to be a ghost.
I can't wait for Gwen to get dressed up in her costume next year. Oh the things we get to look forward to with having children.

Update on Gwen

I had a doctors appointment yesterday with a new doctor. This one was a lot better than the one previously. Thank goodness!
First of all, Gwen is doing great! I am measuring right where I need to be and her heart rate is fantastic! My next ultrasound is on the 12th of November. Hopefully she is still growing like a weed and doesn't stop. Starting the 18th of November I will be going in every week to monitor her heartrate and much more for about 20 mins. This is done because of my high blood pressure.
Anyways, the bigger news is we had to talk 'business' as he (my doctor) didn't know that Jayson was in Korea. I wanted to know what we could do to get Jayson home for the birth. So as of right now our little girl is scheduled to come into this world on December 23rd. If everything goes well with the surgery/labor then we will be bringing her home on Christmas Day. What a wonderful gift from God Jayson and I will be bringing home on His birthday!

Grandma Phyllis

Over the weekend Grandma Phyllis came to visit. Okay, she's more of an adoptive grandma. It was a wonderful visit. We enjoyed many good laughs, relaxation, and lots of good food.

Pantoberfest

A couple of weekends ago, Jayson's squadron had a Pantoberfest (Oktoberfest). They all got dressed up in their "Korean" made German outfits and had a great time drinking German beers and eating German food.

Notice the hat Jayson is wearing... I asked him where he got it and he said he bought it. I guess that one is going into the Halloween box along with his pants!

Jayson has become the 'shopper' since he's been living in Korea.

Miss Gwen at 28 weeks

Well, I had my 28 week ultrasound appointment today. It went really well! Thank you for all your prayers.
She is also growing like a weed! She's measuring right where she needs to be. She is about 2 lbs give or take. She's also still in the breeched position. Hopefully she'll move in the correct position in the next few months.
We still have December 30th as her due date, but she's measuring at a due date of January 6th, so we'll see when she's going to make her appearance into this crazy world!
