honey do projects

I'm in love okay well really addicted to pinterest. It's really got my creative juices flowing. I find the idea and I have Jayson create it.

Here is our guest bedroom headboard that we made out of reclaimed barn wood.

I am in love with how this came out. Now she has her own little book corner to read in and get more in love with reading.

gymnastics

Gwen and Addison's relationship is really sweet. They absolutely love one another. Gwen is such a good big sister to Addison. She loves to hold her and feed her when ever she can. She sings to her when she gets upset, and loves to go and get her out of bed with mommy in the morning. Addison is just mesmorized by Gwen. She smiles at her so much. We couldn't ask for more loving and sweet little girls. They are truly a blessing to our family.

And we can't forget about our first born. Mr. Magnum is getting old in his years. He is also very good with the girls, but he does tend to topple them over if there is any food or treats coming his way.

Addison's 4 month stats

Addison is weighs 13 lbs 11 ounces and is 24inches tall. When I checked how big Gwen was at 4 months they are right about the same. Addison is a few ounces heavier.

Gwen's 3 year stats

Gwen had her 3 year check up she weighs 31 lbs and is 37 inches in height. She's getting so big!

Gwen's first dental appt.

Gwen did such an amazing job at her first dental appointment. I am so thankful to whomever told me to use a spinning toothbrush for Gwen. It helped her out tremendously. On another good note... she has no cavitis!!!

Ohio visit

After our visit in Indiana we drove to Ohio to visit with Jayson's family. Luckily, the trip from Converse to Ohio was a short 3 hrs. The only thing that slowed us down that day was the snow and slick roads. However we made it and the everyone was glad to get out of the car.

As soon as we got there it was present opening time.
Here is Addison just happy to be out of her carseat and into something a bit more comfy.

We had to wait a couple of days for Aunt Alanna, Jay, and Juliette to show up. Once they did, Gwen was no stop trying to keep up with her cousin. Here is Gwen opening up her birthday gift from Juliette. A game called Elefun.

The day before we left, the entire family took a trip out to the Newport Aquarium in Kentucky.

We even saw santa in the shark tankDaddy helping Gwen feed the birds. I didn't stay too long in there. I didn't want to get pooped on

Overall, the trip went well. It was just a very LONG drive with a toddler, an infant, a dog, and a husband...ha ha

Indiana visit

After we enjoyed our Christmas morning, we loaded up the car and started out on our 8 hour trek to Converse, In. We spent two days with some really good friends of ours, Brian and Julie.
They have a four year old named Gwenyth, and a six year old name Garrett.

Christmas Morning

Santa made it to our house~!
Gwen was disappointed Santa didn't eat all his cookie and drank all of the milk. (Note to self for next year.)

Gwen opening up her present from Santa. She had been asking for Pirates. I had no clue what that meant. So, Santa got her a pirate outfit, a sword, a eye patch, and earring.

She also asked Santa for a 'purple' trampoline. She was a lucky girl. Good news: Daddy found a purple trampoline at Scheels. Bad news: she doesn't get to use it until Spring.

Chistmas Eve

Since we went to the Christmas Eve service on Gwen's birthday we enjoyed some much needed family time at home and then headed over to our neighbors for dinner.

Here is a little Addison in her Christmas outfit that Grandma Pam bought her. Who cares that the hat is crazy tight on her.
