With some practice at home... Gwen was ready to go egg hunting before it was the official time to begin! But, she did great!

She even figured out how to hold the basket and grab for an egg all on her own

Yesterday, Gwen and I were out practicing our Easter Egg Hunt techniques for the upcoming egg hunts we've been invited to. After a few minutes, she got the hang of it pretty well.

Hiking at Red Rock Canyon

Last weekend we went on a little hiking excurision to Red Rock Canyon with the Music family.

This afternoon Christy and I took the girls to the park for much needed afternoon sun. The park seems to be quite interesting these days with a new walker, adventurer, and fearless little girl. Gwen sure did keep us on our toes!

A few weeks back my friend Jamie and I took the kids for a bike ride. Haden was already making the moves on Gwen. Oh and just last week at gymboree... well Haden went in for the first kiss!

Gwens 1st Haircut

I finally had enough of Gwen's mullet, so off to Great Clips it was for her and Jayson. I had to sit in the chair with her because she was 1) too small 2) was not thrilled with the hairdresser.

Gwen is watching me get a pretty necklace on (as what the hairdresser said) then it was her turn. Not thrilled one bit.

Well, a sucker helped for a bit. So many firsts today... a haircut and a sucker. hmmm now what did I get myself into??


Gwen was not in the mood to take anymore pictures once we were done, so the end result picture will have to wait until tomorrow.
