We're trying this again!

I have the most amazing friend and realtor in Las Vegas. On Sunday my realtor went out house hunting for Jayson and I. She came back with 4 houses that were possibilities. I looked them over and had her and my good friend Nikki go out the next morning to look at it again. Nikki has been such a blessing through this whole mess! She said it was a great house, especially for the price! So, I put in an offer ,site unseen, and the offer was accepted by the bank this morning! Pray that there are no problems with it structurally. You never know what you are buying when you buy foreclosures.
