Magical Forest and a Visit with Santa

Oh how I love to decorate for Christmas. Last Tuesday, Jayson had the day off so the entire morning was dedicated to decorating the house. Gwen loves the different colored lights... oh and some of the ornaments. Luckily, only one has broken so far. Whew!

Anyways, Tuesday evening a few of us all got bundled up (yes, we do have to do that in the winter time in Vegas) and headed out to the Magical Forest.


Gwen was not a big fan of Santa last year, so we thought this year might be better. All week we had been telling her about Santa and pointing him out where ever we saw his picture. Boy did we open a can of worms doing that. All we hear now is Santa Momma... Santa Daddy... Hi Santa... Santa Lights... oh and the list goes on.

Not so well! We all had to get in the picture with her and she still wasn't too happy. As soon as we got up from his chair she stopped crying and said Bye Santa and blew him a kiss! Too funny!

All in all it was a memorable experience for us all!
